In her practice as an Erickson International Solution-Focused coach, she does her utmost to help clients discover their full potential and take concrete actions in line with their aspirations and life goals. Ann brings strategic savvy, a profound passion for human relations and the desire to share the wealth of experience acquired over a multifaceted career.

​She possesses extensive experience in the fields of advertising, cultural journalism, magazine publishing and college-level teaching. The founder of her own company, Tendances Communication, she swiftly rose to become one of the most popular Canadian public and media relations professionals. Today, alongside coaching Ann offers PR consultations to clients involved largely in lifestyle and higher education and business training programs. Fully bilingual, she is proficient in both English and French.
