Trained in law, management, philanthropy and Coaching, Anne-Laure Marcadet worked for more than 15 years as a manager and coach in the public and community sectors, particularly in the health and social services sector. She is a professional Coach certified by the International Coach Federation.

Passionate about the complexity of human relationships, she accompanies people and organizations to discover what is important to them, to create the confidence and skills they need, and finally to dare to make a lasting impression.
