Hi, Ariana here. I am a trauma support specialist who has walked the walk of deeply healing from my own chaotic and unpredictable childhood, and I am now completely obsessed with helping others do the same.

My approach incorporates somatics and neuroscience, and I love helping each person find what works for them when it comes to flipping the switch that takes them from inner chaos to overall calm. During the past decade, I have also taken an active approach to increasing my skills in interpersonal communication and relationships management to ensure I bring the best possible skills to every session I host.

In addition, I understand how attunement and authentic connection are paramount in the healing process, and my mission is to bring both to each session as well.

Currently, I lead an online support community for people recovering from the effects of complex PTSD and teach somatic healing in person locally here in central New Hampshire, USA.
