I am a board-certified nurse coach who is also pursuing ICF certification. I specialize in working with women around periods of major life transformations and trauma work, especially women who are working with ketamine or other psychedelic therapies as part of their process. My work is highly informed by Internal Family Systems theory, somatic work, AEDP, and a passion for helping women to free themselves of limiting beliefs that affect their self-perception, intimate relationships, and ability to rise to their potential. Self portrait photography is also a component of my work with clients as we explore the various selves within and begin to identify the essence of who we already are and wish to more fully embody. My ideal client is the woman who has worked in therapy already and has a solid understanding of her inner psyche and is ready to pursue coaching work with determination, passion, and commitment.
