About Me
On June 6, 2021, I became motherless. I lost my precious to Covid.

Grief arrived as a painful, personal and mostly a lonely experience. I learned we enter grief: a portal “unknown” without any navigational tools and we have to carve our own paths.

My love for my mother is magnificent and extraordinary and so is my grief! I wanted more than ordinary from my grief and in search of the “extraordinary”, I found my calling: learning the phenomenon of grief and helping others heal with compassion, authenticity and holistic approach.

In 2022, I earned a grief coaching and grief educator certification to aid my healing and to help bereaved, steer through grief and rebuild their lives with self-compassion, meaning, and mindfulness while celebrating the legacy and love of their loved ones in their own unique way.

I knew grief and trauma are cousins so to equip myself with the “must haves”, I completed trauma-informed coaching certification in 2024.
The other version of me works globally with the social development sector and specializes in curriculum and training design.

I am not all about work. I savor delicious sushi, harbor a healthy fear of hens (don't judge!) I believe in the transformative power of hugs in fostering connections and dream of a night under the Northern Lights sky with my sisters.
