About Me
Emmy Marie is a certified trauma-informed life coach specializing in helping clients create thriving lives and relationships after trauma. As an abuse survivor herself, Emmy understands the devastation trauma can have on our lives and is committed to helping as many people access their power and heal from trauma as possible. Working with Emmy means having a knowledgeable and compassionate support system on your side as you transform your life into something in alignment with your unique values and goals.
The mission of Emmy Marie Coaching is to help trauma survivors own their truth, reject toxic shame, and create joyful relationships and lives despite having a painful past. The obstacles of living with unresolved trauma running the show can be devastating: from constant self-doubt and imposter syndrome to repeatedly chasing after emotionally unavailable partners or settling for crumbs in relationships to feeling lost and controlled by the past.
Emmy values empowerment, compassion, integrity, authenticity, and growth, and she brings these values into her work as a coach, educator, speaker, and community leader. After experiencing first-hand how being kind and gentle with herself is a radical act after abuse, she grounds all of her client work in non-judgment, kindness, and empathy. When we learn to be patient and compassionate with ourselves, we are much more likely to accommodate our needs and achieve the results we dream of - in every area of our lives.
You can find Emmy exploring the Pacific Northwest, reading books, dancing, or making some gluten-free cookies in her free time.
