Expanding her passion for development into organizational development, Isabelle completed a graduate level Certificate in Authentic Leadership at Naropa University in Boulder, Colorado in 2005. She also initiated and co-authored an award-winning anthology entitled: Einstein’s Business: Engaging Soul, Imagination, and Excellence in the Workplace.
