As an award-winning entrepreneur, I hold a Bachelor’s in Biblical Counseling and a Master’s in Human Services Counseling with a specialization in Life Coaching. I am certified and licensed as a HeartMath® certified coach and trainer, Trauma-Sensitive HeartMath® Certified Practitioner, and certified in Mental Health coaching, Relationship, and Leadership Coaching. My expertise also includes Trauma Informed Equine Guided Learning, offering a unique restorative practice for healing and growth and faith-based coaching.
