I am very excited to have the opportunity to coach you! I have been a nurse for over 30 years and a Diabetes Educator for more than 20 years. I decided to become a Trauma Informed Coach and use my Nursing and Educator experience to help those recovering from Trauma, specifically Narcissistic Abuse. I am a Peer Recovery Support Specialist as well, which means I have a “lived experience” with Trauma. My goal is to empower women who have been in abusive relationships so that they have the knowledge and understanding to heal and recover from their trauma to become the best version of themselves and live their life to their full potential.
