With a deep-rooted passion for holistic well-being and 5+ years of coaching experience, she combines evidence-based coaching methodologies with spiritual life coaching and mindfulness practices to support clients to reconnect with their true selves and create lasting positive change. Karen’s approach is intuitive, empathic, and supportive, as she guides clients in cultivating inner peace, groundedness, resilience, and clarity, enabling them to live life with purpose and joy.

When Karen is not helping others find their center, you can find her at the beach, tending to her plants, or tackling her latest home renovation project. A self-proclaimed plant lady and DIY enthusiast, Karen believes that balance and growth are essential not just for her clients, but for her own life too.
