Over time I have come to learn that we all need Assistance in life. Someone who will advocate for us, helping us along our journey through this magical, crazy place we call Earth. I’ve been teaching yoga for the last 5 years and more recently incorporated sound therapy into my practice. As a trauma survivor, I’ve always had an interest in working to help others who may be suffering or struggling from trauma(s). Here we are : ) You can do *anything* and I’m here to help you make it happen!!
