About Me
- Alberta, Canada

Lisa began her coaching journey in Vancouver in 2000 when she transitioned out of a corporate job to coaching and committing to life-long love of people development. Driven to support others through change, learning and growth, Lisa modelled the way by training to become certified in three coaching models, a Career Development Practitioner, a Mentor Coach, a facilitator, and trainer.

Lisa has accumulated over 1100 hours coaching professionals and leaders in government and the private sector. She has led a change management program that saw the turnaround of unsustainable leadership styles helping leaders adopt a coach-approach. She has implemented and managed internal coaching programs at two organizations and developed mentor coaching programs to support the learning and application of behaviour change.

A Career and Leadership Coach for over 20 years, clients appreciate Lisa’s curious and collaborative approach. Using well honed listening skills, intuition and never one to step over things, she is candid and respectful in service of others learning and desired change. If she’s not making you think then she’s not doing her job. Supporting new coaches as a mentor is deeply fulfilling.

Lisa is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Professional Certified Coach, active in her local ICF Chapter, serving four years on the Board and as a volunteer member hosting Community of Practice discussions. She is active in peer coaching circles because she believes it’s important to support the coaching community and to learn from other coaches. Lisa lives in Edmonton and enjoys reading, movies, travel, time spent with loved ones and a good laugh.
