Lori Varsames came to life coaching after a 10-year career in artisan wine sales and a 13-year career in content marketing in the wine, natural food, travel and wellness sectors. After having spent decades telling other people’s inspiring stories, she vowed to empower women to craft their own—particularly in midlife when they think their stories have already been written in stone. Today, Lori works with clients to transform midlife stagnation, indecision, and overwhelm into lives of freedom, adventure and choice. She primarily serves people-pleasers, givers, and perfectionists, helping them untangle the trauma of patriarchal constructs and toxic workplaces and empowering them to live courageously into their full purpose. She lives in Sonoma, California with her husband, John, and her puppy, Roscoe. When she’s not coaching, she loves being in nature, cooking for loved ones, writing and traveling.
