Jorden is an Accredited Certified Coach (ACC) and an active member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). He holds an honors degree from Saint Mary’s University, where he currently serves as a research assistant in the psychology department. This academic background and practical experience equip him with a unique perspective in his coaching practice. In addition to his academic endeavors, he operates a private coaching practice, where he specializes in supporting individuals who have experienced trauma by cultivating healthy relationships, strategizing to achieve personal life goals, gaining new perspectives on challenging situations, and minimizing or eliminating undesirable habits.

Jorden’s journey into coaching began during his final year of undergraduate studies when he encountered a coach who ignited his passion for the field. Inspired by the experience, he enrolled in a coaching course, recognizing the profound impact that elements like refraining from giving advice can have. After completing his Trauma-Informed Coaching Certification, he launched ‘Reclaimed Prospects,’ which stands for and symbolizes reclaiming ambitions and fulfilling goals.

Jorden’s coaching style is deeply rooted in creating a safe, non-judgmental, and listen-first environment where clients feel heard and respected. He empowers his clients to gain deeper insights into aligning their actions with their values and strengths. Through thoughtful
questioning and the exploration of new ways of thinking, feeling, and understanding, he helps clients move closer to their goals and aspirations.

Outside of his professional life, Jorden enjoys expressing his creativity through art, playing music, and organizing music shows and tournaments.
