Maura has operated her own music classroom in the public schools for over 11 years, with a passion of using music as a healing tool for her students. For the past few years, her interest in working with adults using a trauma-informed lens has grown and she is ecstatic to finally utilize her knowledge and skills in this area.

She is inspired to create change for clients by helping to build up their coping tool-box, strengthen their sense of self, and foster post-traumatic growth in their lives. She specializes in attachment trauma, CPTSD, emotional intelligence, and nervous-system regulation. She also has experience with shadow work and inner child/ re-parenting work.

In her free time, she loves to spend time outside as much as possible, whether camping or hiking. She also loves to play guitar, sing, and keep her hands busy with cross-stitching. Tagline: "Shame is the magic killer" -Carolyn Elliott
