Megan lives in Atlanta, GA on a small goat and chicken farm, where she hopes to expand the current mindfulness work she is doing in collaboration with the animals into a full coaching and group coaching practice. She plans to leverage her background as an artist in the creative industry to help people find creative paths and solutions in their lives, and to connect with their intuition and higher self.
Megan has been practicing yoga for 20 years, and has been a certified teacher through Kashi Ashram since 2014. Her love for helping people become embodied, grounded, and aware informs the work she does as a coach.
She is particularly passionate about working with people recovering from religious trauma, codependency, people-pleasing, and toxic relationships, as well as couples exploring ethical non monogamy.
