I'm a Co-Active Leadership and Executive Coach, cultivating purpose-driven, sustainable results for individuals and teams. With 25+ years’ experience in coaching, consulting, and account management across a wide array of industries, I bring a wealth of experience to cultivate committed, coordinated action. I especially love strategic challenges requiring a concoction of complex human relationships, unbridled creativity, and financial or system constraint. Clients and colleagues tell me I bring a calm empathy, grounded optimism, and clear purpose to everything I do.
As a classical violinist with music in my bones, I draw on my experience of individually gifted artists playing in ensemble to produce harmonic results. I love to stretch my brain with new topics and perspectives, explore wild places with family and friends, and enjoy a good laugh at a bad joke.
