Hi, I’m Brian—a seasoned Trauma Onion with over three decades of experience in the Frontlines of Emergency Services. Throughout my journey, I’ve worn various uniforms, serving as a Paramedic, Volunteer Firefighter, 911 Medical Operator, RCMP Officer, and now as a TICC Certified Coach.

Broken Together Coaching marks my next chapter on the Frontlines. After a three-plus-year hiatus from aiding others due to PTSD, the desire to make a positive impact has rekindled within me. This time, my mission is to support trauma survivors by leveraging my Emergency Services Experiences—sharing the highs, the lows, and everything in between to help you navigate your own experiences.
