​Sandy is president of Sandy Mitsch LLC, a coaching and organization development firm based in Florida, serving clients across the globe. She has more than thirty-five years of direct experience as a leader in executive coaching, organization development, strategic planning, and human resources with experience in various industries and diverse corporate settings.

As a master certified coach through the International Coaching Federation, Sandy is formally trained and certified through the Co-active Training Institute. Her fiercely compassionate coaching approach gets to the root cause, creating higher levels of resiliency and success. She helps her clients brave new challenges and discover and overcome the obstacles that can prevent them from performing at their full potential.

As a trauma-informed certified coach, and through lived experience, Sandy knows just how important it is to understand the impact trauma has on our well-being, our relationships, and our work life. Most importantly, she knows how valuable it is to have a trusted partner on the journey to healing.

In addition to her trauma-informed coaching path, Sandy has studied, lived, and taught Dr. Brené Brown’s research on shame resilience since 2012. As a senior certified Dare to Lead™ and Daring Way™ facilitator, Sandy has brought the conversation and practices of living a more courageous and authentic life to thousands of people around the world.
