Shay is a faith-based, ICF-certified trauma-informed coach, focusing on women experiencing betrayal trauma. Through individual coaching and group courses, Shay passionately helps women identify their own path to healing and assist them to step beyond their triggers and unresolved traumas, to feeling whole, worthy, and creating the life they desire.

Having lived abroad among all walks of life, Shay has learned to honor women of all cultures and beliefs as sisters. She is a popular women’s yoga teacher, facilitates a monthly Native American flute and drum circle, and loves backcountry adventuring and gardening. She is a mother to three active children, avid genealogist, generational healer, and sister to all.
