Leslie is a trauma-informed leadership coach with over a decade of experience supporting professionals and organizations to build healthier, more human workplaces. Known for her rare combination of emotional intelligence, systems fluency, and lived experience, she brings deep insight and grounded presence to every coaching engagement.
Leslie is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation, a Trauma-Informed Certified Coach (TICC) through Moving the Human Spirit, a Certified Psychological Health and Safety Advisor (CPSHA) via the Canadian Mental Health Association, and a certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator (DTLF) trained by Brené Brown. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Toronto Metropolitan University.

Her approach is shaped by 25+ years of episode free lived experience with bipolar disorder, combined with extensive training in mental health, leadership development, and organizational culture. Leslie specializes in working with values-driven leaders navigating complexity, burnout, change, or the invisible load of leadership. Her coaching style is compassionate, candid, and deeply attuned to the systemic and personal dynamics her clients face.

She has partnered with public and private sector organizations across Canada to design peer support networks, deliver leadership programs, and equip teams with the tools to lead with courage and clarity.
