About Me
Barbara is a trauma-informed coach known for her gentle, steady, and deeply attuned presence. She creates a safe and grounding space where clients feel seen and heard, while asking thoughtful questions that invite growth and self-discovery - always on her client’s own terms.
Her coaching journey began through a health and wellness lens and was profoundly shaped by her own recovery from a serious accident. This experience deepened her belief that true healing requires caring for the mind and spirit as much as the body.
Barbara integrates trauma-informed coaching throughout her work with individuals and groups, and is deeply passionate about connecting people, cultures, and ideas. She values narrative therapy and group coaching as powerful pathways to healing through shared experience.
She believes coaching offers the support, the encouragement, and the space needed for meaningful personal/professional transformation, and sustainable growth.
