Steven has held leadership roles in the IT field for the last 15 years. For nearly 3 years, he’s volunteered as a recovery sponsor and coach. His passion is to help other men overcome perceived hurdles to help them see and reach their full, authentic selves. Exploring beliefs, values and visualizing healthy outcomes, he believes everyone can reach their full potential if they truly want it. He is inspired by the positive growth he’s seen while helping other men see their potential. Most recently, he was trained in the Early Recovery Couples Empathy Model (ERCEM) by Carol Jurgenson Sheets to help Couples move past betrayal trauma in their relationships.
