Blaque Diamond is a nationally recognized Trauma-Informed Parent Coach, award-winning author, and social work professional with over 15 years of experience guiding families, caregivers, and professionals through healing and transformation. As the founder of Renaissance Coaching, LLC, she creates safe, empowering spaces for individuals to reconnect with their inner wisdom, rebuild confidence, and rise—regardless of where they’ve been.

Holding both a BSW and MSW from Morgan State University, Blaque brings a powerful blend of professional expertise and lived experience to every session. Her coaching blends reflective practice, trauma healing, and empowerment strategies rooted in clarity, purpose, and legacy.

A dynamic speaker, podcast host (Basic Blaque After Dark), and creator of the psychological thriller The Ha”BITCH”ual Liar,, followed by her workbook Cracks in the Surface Strength in the Core: Not Easily Broken. Blaque weaves storytelling, spirituality, and resilience into her work. She also parented fourteen children- through birth, adoption, and kinship care—and a fierce advocate for foster care and family reunification.
