About Me
Southwest Harbour, Maine USA
As a trauma-informed personal development coach, Molly is passionate about the power of opening perspectives to change our realities. Everyone desires authenticity, and the narratives that we learn and the traumas that we carry can pull us away from our authentic selves. In becoming aware of limiting beliefs, we each can open ourselves to choice: choosing how we want to be in the world.
Molly is particularly passionate about the embodiment of personal health, recognizing that distress manifests itself emotionally, physically, and spiritually – sometimes in unexpected ways. Transitioning from a chronic condition to a more habitual state of health requires attention and care to all aspects of the self.
Molly holds a Master of Sustainable Design and has experience in the for-profit and nonprofit sectors. She has succeeded professionally and she has failed as an entrepreneur. Through her own health journey, she has become familiar with Traditional Chinese Medicine, energy work, neuroplasticity, and somatic awareness. She recently became a mother and her family is her husband, son, and dog.
