For over a decade, I’ve mastered the art of as much connection—first in the high-stakes world of sales and relationship-building, and now as a trauma-informed coach. My journey has taught me that true transformation doesn’t happen through surface-level conversations; it happens when people feel truly seen, heard, and understood.

As a former D1 athlete, I know firsthand the pressure of performance, the weight of expectations, and the silent struggles that often go unnoticed. In my 10+ years of sales and relationship-building, I honed my ability to read between the lines, understand unspoken needs, and build trust—skills that now fuel my trauma-informed coaching approach.
