About Me
Susan Hogarth has spent over 14 years shaping the way coaches learn, grow, and transform lives. Her journey in coaching began with a deep curiosity about human potential and a commitment to creating safe, meaningful spaces for learning and growth. Over the years, Moving the Human Spirit has designed and delivered ICF-accredited, trauma-informed coaching programs that not only meet professional standards but truly honour the unique strengths and experiences of each student.
Susan believes that coaching is more than techniques and credentials—it’s about connection, understanding, and authentic presence. She guides her students through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) credentialing process, helping them see how their training aligns with these standards and giving them the clarity and confidence to move toward their coaching goals.
Her approach emphasizes authentic adult learning, where dialogue, reflection, and student expertise are at the centre. She works closely with each coach to help them identify their coaching niche, clarify their purpose, and build a practice that reflects their passion and values.
Throughout her career, Susan has supported countless coaches in creating trauma-informed, client-centred practices that make a lasting difference in the lives of those they serve. For Susan, every student’s journey is a story worth honouring, and she takes pride in guiding coaches to step into their full potential with skill, compassion, and confidence.
