Tania has a vibrant passion for leadership, facilitative coaching, learning, and the outdoors. As a certified professional coach and catalyst of human emergence, she works in presence and partnership with clients so they can holistically orient their internal compass aligned with specific energy, talents, and experience to create a values-based, purposeful blueprint for what will be and test that way forward.

Tania loves the diversity of 1:1 coaching, team facilitative coaching, mentoring, and being an international facilitator of Trauma Informed Coach Basics, Trauma Informed Leadership, The Art & Science of Coaching, and Coaching Competencies for Leaders. She predominantly partners with socialpreneurs and intrapreneurs individually and with teams.

In providing these services, she values and demonstrates high integrity, respect, and professionalism. Services are provided virtually online and/or onsite.
