I understand the lasting impact our environment and experiences can have on our health and nervous system, having navigated my own journey with autoimmune and neurodegenerative disorders.

I specialize in the perspective of living with a physical disability and how to be creative & resourceful to meet one’s needs, achieve goals and dream limitless. Building awareness of the affects of one’s environment and learning how to become an advocate of one’s nervous system.

My husband, a Marine Corps Infantry veteran, bravely served our country in multiple combat zones. His experiences led to Combat-PTSD, a battle we have faced together. Witnessing his courage ignited a passion in me to advocate for veterans with invisible wounds.
