Tracy is a trauma-informed certified coach (TICC) and ICF member who supports leaders working under sustained pressure, complexity, and responsibility.

Trained in social work, Tracy brings extensive safeguarding experience supporting people who have experienced adversity and significant life challenges, alongside leaders who hold responsibility for others. Her international experience and cultural awareness have shaped her coaching and her ability to support leaders working across diverse cultural and organisational contexts.

Alongside her professional background, Tracy’s work is informed by lived experience of personal loss and the journey of parenting as a single parent thereafter, whilst navigating the demands of a high-pressure job. She works with people navigating challenge, transition, and the impact of adversity, offering a calm, boundaried space that supports clarity, steadiness, and growth.
