At the core of my work is a simple intention: to teach people how to use astrology, the body, and energy to create wealth, health, freedom, and expansion. I bring together training in trauma-informed coaching, nervous system regulation, somatic experiencing, and concepts from neuroscience and quantum physics.

I came to this work because I had no choice. I spent years stuck in chronic illness and financial struggle, trying everything to break free. Nothing worked until I stopped looking outside myself and started working with my body, my astrology chart, and my energy as a whole system. I became my own first client and my own first success story. The Whole-Being approach (body, energy, and soul) is what finally created lasting change in my life. Now I teach others how to do the same.

Astrology gives us insight into your patterns, behaviors, and the undercurrents of energy that make you who you are. Coaching helps you integrate astrology into your everyday life and learn how to harness your natural gifts and talents with purpose. I help my clients identify and observe the beliefs and patterns that are keeping them stuck, so they can transform them into their greatest triumphs.
