About
Libby is a domestic violence survivor whose core values — Creativity, Freedom, and Truth — guide everything she does. Her life purpose is to light the path for those who will change the world.
With over 20 years of experience in crisis response, including distress lines and victim services, Libby now runs a private practice supporting individuals who have experienced trauma from faith backgrounds, high-control relationships, families, or communities. She helps people reclaim their authentic lives, reconnect with their values, strengths, talents, and unique life purpose.
An internationally certified life coach trained in solution-focused coaching, Libby also facilitates courses on Full Spectrum Human Emergence, guiding individuals to explore diverse worldviews and unlock their latent abilities. She holds a university degree with a major in Psychology and minors in Theology and Women’s Studies. Libby is a published author, public speaker, and currently serves as Education Coordinator and Lead Facilitation Assistant for Moving the Human Spirit.
When she’s not supporting others on their healing journeys, Libby finds joy in holistic gardening, spinning fibre, creating stained glass art, spending time in nature, and gaming.
Her credentials include:
- Trauma-Informed Certified Coach (TICC) with Moving the Human Spirit
- Trauma-Informed Relationship Coach (TIRC) with Moving the Human Spirit
- Phase II COPE Coach
- Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation
