For more than twenty years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside people as they explore what truly matters, navigate difficult changes, and grow in ways that bring more meaning and presence into their lives. That work continues to inspire me every single day.

I’m drawn to the Trauma-Informed Coaching lens because, over the years, I’ve seen that true change often happens beneath the surface. In meaningful and sometimes more complex and nuanced conversations, care and presence make it possible to explore life’s deeper layers with curiosity and courage. It’s in this depth that transformation takes shape — where growth meets awareness, and people rediscover their capacity for more meaning and possibility.

I’m especially passionate about mentoring aspiring coaches — whether you’re just beginning your journey or ready to deepen your practice. I love connecting with people who feel that quiet call to serve, to hold space for others, and to make a difference through presence and compassion.

One of my favorite moments in coaching is hearing what draws you to this work — who you want to serve and why it matters to you. I often ask, “What’s important and meaningful about this goal, insight, vision, or purpose?”

It’s a simple question that opens a doorway into purpose. The answers remind me that beneath every aspiration lies a deep human desire to contribute, to care, and to help others find meaning too.

Supporting students through the ICF certification process is both an honor and a joy. Every new certified coach becomes part of a growing global community — thoughtful, compassionate people helping others navigate life’s complexity with clarity and heart.
