This latest program is designed for individuals familiar with trauma-informed approaches, such as those taught in the Trauma-Informed Coach Certification Advanced (TICCA) or any equivalent trauma-informed coach training or trauma professions. Utilizing the Trauma-informed coaching methodology within a group, we create an environment where all voices are heard. Growth is made through an exploration process and built on understanding the effect of a trauma imprint.

The International Coaching Federation’s (ICF’s) core competencies are interwoven with the group dynamic and inform the coaching method to ensure the ethics of the coaching profession are met.

The Trauma-Informed Group Coaching course empowers individuals navigating past trauma by fostering resilience and self-empowerment. The course emphasizes collaborative goal setting, encouraging participants to take ownership of their healing journey and identify actionable steps toward personal growth. By normalizing experiences within the group, we create a supportive environment where individuals feel understood and accepted, helping to diminish feelings of isolation and shame.

The course prioritizes establishing safe and inclusive spaces, which is essential for fostering a sense of belonging. Throughout the course, participants will engage in self-discovery and transformation, equipped with the support necessary to cultivate resilience and reclaim their agency in crafting fulfilling lives beyond their past experiences. Trauma-informed experts lead these sessions to foster a profound understanding and process of engaging with trauma within group environments.

Trauma-Informed group Coach Certification is over 24 hours, consisting of:

• Eight three-hour modules of live online teaching

$2,300 +tax (CAD)

We will utilize the TICCA Methodology to inform group experience and growth: Create an Alliance, Desired Change, interested inquiry, Lens of Exploration, Key Developments, and Commitment.
