Compassionate Leadership is one of the cures the world needs right now. Leadership that is authentic and considerate of the realities of the people involved is critical, especially in times of political and economic uncertainty. This course shines a light on the very real impact of trauma on the lives of people who have experienced it, and offers participants some effective and simple tools to put to use that can mitigate some of the long-term effects of trauma without having to have intimate knowledge of the individual’s situation. Leadership is built on trust that can be strengthened with a sensitivity to how trauma manifests in the workplace, and this course delivers in that regard. Whether you’re an emerging leader or a seasoned leadership veteran, this course can super-charge your ability to cultivate trust with the people who are critical to carrying out your leadership vision.

Brad Ward

This course came at a time when I desperately needed to be in community with other individuals who have hearts for humanity. While in this course that is exactly what I found. The group was small enough and intimate enough and safe enough for authentic conversations. I found myself more hopeful, encouraged and engaged, not only in the course but in life. I found myself thinking of new ways to present my courses and less stressed about business, focused more on my purpose and the deposits I can make in the world rather than meeting financial goals. By the end, I’d made new friends and new strides!

This course is unique, encouraging, and refreshing. It uses a modern conversation methodology called TILA (timing, inquiry, listening, action). Try it, and your Trauma-Informed knowledge and experience will be transformed.

So grateful to have found this course when I did. I was searching for training that would be helpful and very much focused on Trauma Informed training and this was perfect as learning in depth about Compassionate Leadership something that I would love to share with Leaders and also I learned so much of what I would like to bring through as a Leader. It was very much aligned, bringing useful topics through and taking us back to what is important, the human aspects. The course brought through so many valuable insights, the opportunities to participate in breakout rooms, working on cases, and class discussions provided a lot of opportunity to interact and also be seen and heard. I am so grateful to have the opportunity to complete this course and look forward to more learning ahead. So grateful to our Instructor, Brad and all the amazing people I met in this class!
