About Me
Abi is an ADHD coach, writer, and former university instructor who supports neurodivergent adults, creatives, and students in building lives and ways of working that fit their brains more honestly and sustainably. Her coaching is practical, collaborative, and grounded in compassion and clear-eyed realism. She helps clients better understand how their brains work, reduce friction in everyday life, and build tools, systems, and processes that fit their actual needs - so life can feel lighter, smoother, and more manageable.

Abi has a particular interest in working with adults diagnosed with ADHD later in life, as well as writers, artists, and post-secondary students navigating long-term creative or academic projects. Her approach is process-focused, trauma-informed, and attentive to the realities of overwhelm, perfectionism, burnout, and the unreliable appearance of motivation.

Before becoming a coach, Abi worked as a screenwriter, story editor, and university instructor. She is an ACC-accredited coach through the International Coaching Federation and a certified trauma-informed coach through Moving the Human Spirit.
