Dr. Monique Grissette-Banks is a distinguished HR leader, consultant, executive coach, and adjunct faculty with over 30 years of experience in human resources, organizational development, DEI and leadership development. As Founder and Principal Consultant of Triumphant Rise Coaching and Consulting, LLC., Dr Grissette-Banks is passionate about catalyzing the resilience, renewal, and the triumphant rise of individuals and organizations that have struggled under the weight of inequity, ill-fated change management initiatives, ineffective leadership practices, and workplace trauma.
Dr. Grissette-Banks holds a PhD in Human and Organization Development from Fielding Graduate University and holds multiple certifications, including Certified Trauma-Informed Coach (TICC), certified in Evidenced Based-Coaching for Organization Leadership, Safe Space Certified Facilitator, Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQ-i 2.0), Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), and Cultural Orientation Inventory practitioner.
