Pronouns: They/Them

A tiny rock in your shoe. A boulder fallen across the trail. The sound of a rushing stream that draws you toward it through dense forest.

Challenges and opportunities present themselves in many different guises. In a coaching session with me, you’ll sense into your inherent capacity to meet whatever you might encounter and access your agency to create what you want with the materials around you. You set the intention and the direction. I provide a calm container, invitations to connect to yourself and your body, and a structure that helps you move your thinking. It’s both playful and deep. Come see where the winding path might take you.

On my website, you can learn more about my approach to coaching and watch a brief video to get a feel for what a coaching session with me is like.
