Katie is a spiritualist and a wellness professional with an extensive background consisting of more than twenty-five years of fitness and yoga credentials and expertise. She has also been a licensed massage therapist since 2014, and is a reiki master and certified sound healer.

She draws from her combined experience in those fields for her coaching practice, and she may utilize somatic techniques as appropriate.

She is grateful to be moving forward on this journey after being stuck in cycles of trauma for decades, and to have the experience of assisting others as they create their own path ahead.
Katie feels most alive when she is singing and dancing, or just being with music. She is most at peace out in nature, at a park or by the sea.

Katie has openings for booking coaching sessions in her schedule on Tuesday from 2 – 6 pm PST, and Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday at 5 or 6 pm PST.
