Leslie is a trauma-informed leadership coach with over a decade of experience designing and leading mental health and leadership programs across federal departments, provincial health systems, and municipal governments. She works with values-driven senior leaders navigating complexity, burnout, change, and the invisible load of leadership - bringing a rare combination of emotional intelligence, systems fluency, and grounded presence to every engagement.

Her approach integrates executive coaching, nature-based and embodied practice, and organizational mental health consulting. Grounded in somatic and ontological coaching, her work sits at the intersection of mental health, leadership, and the land. As a PaRx Connector through Canada's Nature as Prescription program, endorsed by the Canadian Medical Association, Leslie brings an evidence-based lens to leadership recovery and performance - one that meets leaders where conventional coaching does not.
