About Me
TICC, ACC - Candidate, Trauma-Informed Facilitator, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (in training), Qigong Teacher, Meditation Guide, Transformational Life Coach
Katherine Poco-Enders supports human development, nervous system regulation, and trauma integration through trauma-informed facilitation and contemplative practice. Her work focuses on individual, ancestral, and collective healing, particularly related to historical and intergenerational trauma.
Katherine studies mystical principles with Thomas Hübl and serves on the Global Majority co-facilitation team at the Academy of Inner Sciences. She has been a student of this work since 2011 and continues to deepen her training in trauma-informed approaches. She is currently completing advanced training in Somatic Experiencing (SE).
She lives in the Pacific Northwest on Duwamish land and is a descendant of Comanche war chiefs, warriors, and medicine people. Walking in relationship with her ancestors, Katherine’s work is rooted in dignity, compassion, and cultural remembrance.
Katherine co-facilitates international integration labs through the Pocket Project focused on healing and integration for survivors and descendants of Indian and residential boarding schools. She has also facilitated workshops for community gatherings, including the Women’s March and music festivals. In addition, she has held witnessing and grounding spaces for families and survivors of Missing and Murdered Indigenous People (MMIP) and for communities processing the legacy of boarding schools.
Her work supports adults navigating grief, life transitions, racial and ethnic concerns, nervous system regulation, relationship challenges, and the impacts of trauma. Katherine is devoted to creating spaces where people can reconnect with their inner resources, strengthen resilience, and participate in healing that honors both personal experience and the deeper stories carried across generations.
