Pauline Melnyk, MCC, is an ICF Registered Mentor Coach and faculty member recognized for integrating trauma-informed practice into executive coaching, change management, and leadership development. In her faculty role, Pauline mentors and facilitates the development of coaching practice—supporting learners to integrate the ICF Competency Framework with Moving the Human Spirit’s TICC methodology in a way that is compassionate, ethically grounded, and resilience-focused.
Pauline’s work is anchored in the neuroscience of change and strengthened by evidence-informed Positive Psychology, Enhanced Narrative, and Integrative Development Practice. This integrative approach helps leaders and practitioners across healthcare, government, business and industry navigate complexity with greater clarity, regulation, and sustained follow-through—supporting psychologically safe environments where people and performance can thrive.
As the founder of Melnyk Consultancy, Pauline delivers accredited professional development programs that build practical capability for leading and executing change. Her training portfolio includes Change Management Practitioner (CMP), Agile Change Agent, Certified Local Change Agent (CLCA), Sustainable Business Leadership and Green Project Management, and Neuroscience for Change— all designed to equip professionals to guide adoption, strengthen leadership capacity, and improve organizational health and teams in ways that are sustainable over time.
Pauline’s credentials reflect a lifelong commitment to ethical practice and real-world impact. Alongside her ICF MCC credential and TICC designation, she is an Accredited Master Change Management Practitioner (ACP-M) and holds senior human resources and organizational practice credentials (including CPHR, SHRM-SCP, WFA).
